Nehir Öztürk is a health professional with an interdisciplinary background in Nutrition and Dietetics, Psychology, and Health Sciences. She holds two MSc degrees, including one from the Technical University of Munich, where she focused on disease prevention and behavior change.
Her work spans clinical practice, corporate well-being, and community education. She has supported individuals with chronic conditions, eating disorders, and cancer-related nutrition challenges, while contributing to research on diet quality, treatment adherence, and children’s eating behaviors.
At Continental AG Headquarters, she co-led global health programs focused on mental well-being, stress control, resilience, healthy leadership and health management strategies. She also designs culturally tailored workshops and materials for diverse communities across Turkiye, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Nehir’s approach is rooted in science and shaped by empathy — creating health support that is practical, inclusive, and deeply human.
